Position Overview:

The IMC Manager role will be instrumental in furthering Integrated Marketing Communications capability, in line with the Winning Marketing Organization strategy for the Myanmar Region.

Function Specific Activities:

The role has the primarily accountability of bringing the Liquid Idea to life, leading the Creative Development Process Management and Creative Agency Management.

Specifically, this role will be responsible for driving strategic thinking in translating brand strategy to communication strategy and plans, supervising agency Content Development, effectively manage production financials for their respective category, as well as foster collaborative partnerships among our content/creative agencies and other content providers.

Partner with the BU Content & Design lead to develop ASEAN Shared Bets participating as an active BU member.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Content Creation / Design Excellence Lead: Develops and delivers world class content in line with BVAs and in alignment with specific brand priorities, strategies. Partner with local agency partners / BU (Content Director, regional agencies, cross-markets for Shared Bets) to bring to life the Liquid Idea.  Uses “Liquid & Linked” framework to connect plans with consumers and engage other stakeholders.
  • Agency Relationship Management:  Lead key project/program agency (creative) relationships, managing resource allocation and quality control (timing, cost, creative delivery). 
  • Content Plan Execution: Lead to full execution of the Content plans—ensuring clear links to the Liquid Idea and leveraging brand strategies.  Manage clear processes/routines with key partners to ensure content plans are executed on time/ in-budget and coordinated across key stakeholders as needed.  Manage clear execution and related “post-mortems”.
