Position Overview:

Provide HR, project and admin support for a broad range of company-wide all-employee projects that we are involved in across multiple sites including Tokyo, and R&D (Odaiba), as well as interaction with CPS in Moriyama. These projects require logistical and project management support, including event preparation, site preparation, meeting notification, attendance tracking, meeting setup, preparation of presentations, amongst other things.
There are many ongoing projects, as well as launch of HR programs.

An HR specialist would provide project support for the HR team as well as administrative support to the SVP, HR.

Function Specific Activities:

Assists more senior professionals to coordinate and administer a variety of programs and activities covering multiple HR activities. Individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge in specific area; ability to execute highly complex or specialized work; knowledge acquired from several years of experience ; works independently.
