Position Overview:

Provide overall IT system program and project management for the Coca-Cola Licensing, Retail & Attraction (LRA) organization. Work directly with business leaders to advance IT innovation, system efficiency and effectiveness, and serve as the primary liaison with Corporate IT groups to implement solutions and solve system issues. Build relationships with key IT vendors to ensure Licensing and Retail is receiving appropriate support levels. With operations serving Company partners and guests 365 days per year in Atlanta, Orlando and Las Vegas, these systems are critical to the successful mission of each business unit.

The ideal candidate must be solutions-oriented and proactive in their approach. Thinking through how to solve short term issues and ensure a sustainable solution approach is critical. There needs to be a capacity for work attitude where one thrives with their work and thinks with an unlimited capacity mindset to manage and complete assignments; be creative and be able to bootstrap.

Function Specific Activities:

Requirements:

Requires an individual with extensive experience in IT program and project management, including system evaluations, implementation, enhancements, and overall management, support and administration.   Must be able to collaborate with a diverse team; proven ability to multi-task; coordinate with internal IT departments and external partners/vendors; have above average technical system understanding.

    • Mockshop (Visual Merchandising Application)
    • Reporting Interfaces
    • Mobile Retail

TICKETING & RESERVATION SYSTEM:

  • Galaxy POS (Gateway Ticketing)
  • eGalaxy Webstore (Gateway Ticketing)
  • Self-Service Kiosks (Radiant Systems)
  • Reservation & Group Modules of Galaxy
  • NCR & Specialty (Hardware)
  • Reporting Interfaces

INFRASTRUCTURE

  • KO Network & Wireless
  • WOCC Server
  • AT&T Public Wifi
  • Verifone merchant services network

LICENSING SYSTEMS:

  • Octane5

Education:

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Job Requirements:

Comprehensive functional understanding of business system planning, management and operations; Above average understanding of technical system aspects; Extensive experience in IT program /project management; Experience working/leading a diverse team of partners, vendors and clients who possess a novice to proficient system-understanding and skill set
