Position Overview:

This role will directly report to Finance Director of HKTMM regions to fullfill the accelerated increasing needs on innovations, imports through different supply chain options ( ie. Self manufacturing, Co-packing, Import, export,ect) to drive the growth of the regional business .

This New Role ‘s covered Business scope will increase double size from previous only one region to current overall 4 regions
Additionally as the logistic commercialization, the role is expected to conduct detailed analysis and leverage overall region resources, work closely with Region Finance Director to evaluate different logistic models, processes to drive the solutions from BB, manufacturing to FGs supply cross different regions with more effectiveness and efficiency. This will be a critical success factor for all growth pillars through innovations and imports in next 5 years. Our aggressive long term business target, especially on the Value Growth.
This role requires Strong and Comprehensive local and international logistic experience and financial analysis skills ( ie. Business case study, Risk assessment and Investment analysis) through protecting and creating company and system values and handle complex business environments and engage various external and internal stakeholders ( ie. BU controller team, CPS commercialization team, SCMC procurement team , Bottlers Sales/ DNOP and Procurement team, Direct and indirect Suppliers, external logistic agencies).

Function Specific Activities:

Required Qualification:

  • Experience in Multi -National company logistic planning and process management skills ( FMCG and complex product portfolio and supply chain models preferred)
  • 10 years at least
  • University/Bachelor's Degree

Job Requirements:

1. Lead the Logistics flow, sourcing and models of HKTMM NPD and Imports ( identifying sourcing , logistic flows and cost estimation)

2. HKTMM Regional logistic planning and analysis ( synergize and streamline the flow for regional sourcing), co-leader of Regional supply chain meeting , monitoring existing and new product performance to mitigate write off risks

3. Hong Kong, Macau and Mongolia Revenue Recognition (BB ordering collection . shipment and inventory management with Bottlers) and COGS management ( ingredient cost management vs, BP, vs. Launched VCs)

4. Hong Kong, Macau and Mongolia Productment: Ingredient ordering with supplier (Juice, Tea, Milk Powder…etc) (provide f/c, ordering, shipment), FGs ordering from Co-packers and Imports

5. Hong Kong Inbound logistic management : inland transportation and warehouse and customer service to meet Bottler production orders - Hong Kong

6. B/S account reconciliation ( Inventory, Rev, COGS)
