Position Overview:

The HKTMM Region (Hong Kong/Taiwan/Mongolia/Macau), while integrated as one operating unit, encompasses a complex setup with 4 markets of different dynamics, stages of development, and bottler capability that requires a high level of sophistication in our strategy and approach in order to steward the markets to achieve their growth plans.
The Sr. Commercial Planning Manager plays a critical role to ensure we have the right channel and portfolio strategies in place to drive profitable volume growth and ensure we best capture market opportunities from a shopper/customer angle. The role's key responsibilities include:
• Drive transformational commercial planning agenda with key stakeholders:
• Revenue Growth Management (RGM)
• Drive shopper marketing programs and spearhead best in class shopper/customer insights
• eCommerce
• RTM & Execution
• People management and capability building

Function Specific Activities:

  • Work experience in sales, strategy, intimate working experience with bottler
  • 10-12 years experience
