Position Overview:

This position will provide strategic and execution leadership to Product Master Data business and technical solutions across CCNA related to Raw Materials and in support of Program Contour. It will ensure that master data strategy, the common master data book of record, and related processes continuously evolve to support changing business needs, business system strategy, and data integrity. The position will influence and partner with strategic leadership, business functions, and business partners ranging across the NA Business System including Supply Chain, IT, Canada, CONA, Bottlers and Program Contour.

Function Specific Activities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly supports strategic business initiatives that rely on master data for their success by evolving master data processes, architecture, and metrics.
  • Document current state process and data maps for raw materials product master data
  • Provide analysis and recommendation for process improvements, integration points, and efficiencies related to the development and syndication of raw materials data.
  • Lead master data engagement across business initiatives and IT partners to ensure final designs for assigned initiatives are aligned with North America Business System master data strategy.
  • Partners with other Master Data Leads to support business needs
  • Leads development and deployment of master data solutions and capability across CCNA and Program Contour within a single master data domain (Product Master Data)
  • Continuously improves harmonized master data that is used across the system
  • Guide setting North America specific data standards
  • Determines and executes against opportunities to improve data quality and performance

Minimum Experience Required:

  • 8+ years experience, preferably in the consumer goods/beverages industry
  • 2-3 years project management
  • Experience leading business projects that span multiple business functions
  • 2+ years managing components of master data and/or their support/maintenance processes
  • Participation in projects requiring IT support
  • Drives innovative business improvements
  • Experience and comfort working directly with senior leaders; and aligning those w/ differing perspectives
  • Effectively communicates & builds relationships at all organizational levels

Preferred Level:

  • 2+ years leading teams either in projects or as direct reports
  • 2+ years leading projects that span multiple business functions
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills
  • Knowledge of training development, design, and implementation
  • 2+ years direct experience with SAP, Teradata, informatics, or other relevant information system experience
  • Partner with stakeholders to determine and evolve service level agreements (SLA's)
  • Determines and implements equipment and parts master data tools and technologies
  • Communication and change management within assigned initiatives and across master data functions
