Position Overview:

Offre de stage de 6 mois -

For several years, the GCL group has been working on the emergence of new customers collaboration indicators.

These indicators are about :
? cash (generated thanks to beverages category and specifically by KO products), GMROI and free cash flow
? net margin approach per sku at different levels of granularity and value creation (mass margin)
? on shelf availability

The key enablers will be:
? supply chain end-to-end costs (including in store replenishment)
? OOS follow ups
? Consumer price follow up and commercial agreements (build commercial margin)

we decided to support bottlers if they make the decision to start working on this initiative
CCEP France and Spain decided not to initiate any pilot for the moment
But CCH is more open
We will open conversations with CCH to pilot the process with one of their country that could be Italy or Romania

The role of the intern will be to:
? Be trained on the end-to-end process and put hand on the different tools
? deep dive into a country figures with the local bottler
? Feed (or help local teams to..) the different Excel tools and ensure accuracy of data ( product specifications, codifications, )
? Test different variations to help the group understand the key levers that impact final cash flow results
? Elaborate reporting templates
? Collaborate to the training and selling story tool kits

Required qualities are the following:
? Implication and focus on results
? Deep analysis qualities / mental organization
? Excel expert ( and other office tools)
? Very good English level
? Sense of contact with others / can elaborate good relationships (modesty and sympathy)
