Position Overview:

As an individual contributor, assist mainland China strategic planning director to build strategic analysis through external lens as well as facilitate annual business planning cycle.

Function Specific Activities:

  • Assist strategic planning director to facilitate mainland China annual business planning cycle, i.e. LRP, EBP and BAP 
  • Build thought leadership on mainland China's Economy, Demography, Geography, Beverage Industry, New Retail, Competition, etc.
  • Inform mainland China planning cycle with strategic thinking through above external lens and ensure quality delivery of LRP/EBP documents Influence BU and Bottler stakeholders with strategic thinking in a proper way
  • Relentlessly drive planning efficiency by developing new tools whilst reducing complexity of process Independently manage agencies
  • Support ad-hoc business development projects

Qualifications:

  • Experienced in processing macro, industry and competition data
  • Ability to manage an intelligence network built on multiple data sources
  • Strong analytic skills in a complex context
  • Essential business sense and strategic thinking
  • Proven agency and process management records Curiosity to “white space”
  • Quick learner
