Position Overview:


Missions, responsibilities :

1) Support to new beverages categories introductions: support the technical team (scientific and regulatory affairs, commercialization, quality) for innovation and introduction of new product categories. Examples of missions:
? intelligence gathering on technological innovations, scientific data, new product developments
? review of formulations to ensure regulatory, safety compliance
? Organize internal trainings of employees on new product launches
? Work with marketing on product communications
? Quality data and trend analysis

2) Understanding “sweetness” and other upcoming topics about our products and ingredients, and supporting the business to:
-> identify stakeholders expectations;
-> review science available and gaps;
-> provide overview of available technologies;
-> propose business recommendations.

Profile :
- Student in last year of master degree in food science and nutrition from French engineering school or equivalent.
- Fluent in English
- At ease in multi-country and fast-pace environments
- Dynamic, proactive, autonomous
- Rigorous, reliable
