Position Overview:

Here at The Coca-Cola Company we have a lot of data. By working with our Bottling partners, we sell our products in nearly every country in the world and we're constantly evolving, growing, and learning. The types of data we have include consumer, customer, product, 3rd party, local, regional, national, and global. We're looking for someone to join our team in North America to help with our Master Data Management portfolio. Today, in our MDM suite we're using tools like SAP, Informatica, and AWS Serverless technologies. In addition, our MDM solutions enable the use of data analytics, business intelligence, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and more.

This position collaborates with cross functional Business partners to understand and develop initiatives, digital strategy, and roadmaps that successfully enable data solutions.

Function Specific Activities:

The following responsibilities are within scope for what we're looking for:

  • Understand data and its role in driving business outcomes  
  • Models functional master data & analytics solutions while working closely with the technical architecture team in delivering solutions
  • Develops and refines functional approach, data flow, and data mapping
  • Promotes shared infrastructure and applications to reduce costs and improve information flow
  • Serves as a subject matter expert in planning solutions and capabilities
  • Partners with cross functional delivery teams in the North America IT organization to drive innovative solutions by staying up to date with current and emerging technologies and industry trends
  • Establish partnerships with our bottlers to share best practices and learnings
  • Manage multiple projects, programs and work streams utilizing Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Manage scope, timelines, resources, communications, and budgets
  • Onboards, manages, and mentors external resources (onshore and offshore)
  • Maintain positive and trusted working relationships with all business and internal stakeholders including senior leadership
  • Skilled at driving results with third party (consultants, legal, etc.) partners


  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • Prior experience with Master Data Management, Data Integration, & Enterprise Information Management
  • Multiple implementations with leadership accountability for one or more functional areas 
  • One or more of the following: Agile, JIRA, VersionOne
  • SQL Server (or related) data skills  
  • Strong understanding of information technology systems, standards, and architecture
  • Effective people and project management skills, including ability to lead projects through agile development
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate group meetings to drive desirable outcomes and decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage effective working relationships within an organization and across multiple cross functional business and IT stakeholders
