Position Overview:

This position leads the global food licensing business for The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC), the world's largest beverage company, offering more than 500 brands in 200 countries. The role will be responsible for developing food licensing extensions for Coca-Cola, in addition to 20 other billion-dollar brands in the juice, tea, coffee, water and sports drink categories. The position will be responsible for partnering with leadership to set the strategic direction; managing the existing food licensing business and driving expansion in new territories, categories and brands.

Function Specific Activities:

Key responsibilities include:

  • With leadership, sets strategy for food licensing business leveraging trends/insights and historical performance.
  • Selects, negotiates and manages agency relationships. Disseminates corporate and brand marketing direction, strategies and priorities to agency and licensing partners.  Leads annual business planning with licensees and agencies.
  • Selectively involved in pitching key licensees and maintaining oversight of licensee contract negotiations.
  • Supports development and coordinate of licensee marketing plans.
  • Manages P&L and analyzes global licensing royalty revenue and sales performance trends.  Tracks and measures execution of the business plan, identifies potential shortfalls, develops contingency and recovery plans. Ultimately responsible and accountable for short and long-term results of the licensing business in the territory.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years related experience.
  • Licensing & Retail Industry Knowledge
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work-related experience
