Position Overview:

The position is responsible for the management and direction over the delivery and execution of the accounts payable and related services for China and Japan. Responsible for the day to day interaction and ongoing client relationship management with the business units and manufacturing plants to sustainably deliver business value and enable growth as a trusted business partner

Function Specific Activities:


  • Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of accounts payables and related services, review of relevant metrics and reports to ensure service level agreements (SLA's) are consistently met and/or exceeded as well as resolution of day-to day queries and complex issues arising from both AP team and clients.
  • Responsible for hiring, training, assigning and directing the work flow of the team as well as developing and motivating team, providing regular feedback to drive organizational capability, associate engagement and client (user) satisfaction while ensuring appropriate and efficient resource utilization.
  • Maintain a strong internal control environment, complying with all company policies, guidelines and statutory requirements.
  • Leverage systems and processes, best practices and benchmarking to drive process efficiency, speed and continuous improvement through a relentless focus on OE to improve ease of use from a client perspective and overall productivity


  • 5 Years of experience in Accounts Payable, 2 years as a leader of a team gained in shared services/BPO and multinational environment;
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting standards and internal controls;
  • People leadership experience and ability; TCCC Core Competencies:
  • Strong Problem Solving, Decision Making and Analytical Thinking skills;
  • Good Communication skills;
  • Strong SAP and Excel skills.


  • University/Bachelors degree
