Position Overview:

Deliver world class experiences and shopper science based quality to all consumers connecting with our Customer base (Customer base includes and not limited to: HORECA, QSR “Quick Service Restaurants”, Cinemas, Eateries, Modern Trade / Hyper Markets). Use effective shopper marketing content deploying Coca-Cola Way of Shopper Marketing approach, securing that strategic occasion opportunities and commercial and customer needs are at the base, developing effective shopper strategy, with impactful and engaging communication and activation solutions, fully integrated behind IMC “Integrated Marketing Communications” platforms and overall connection plan;

Develop solid Customer Plans that fully exploit our Owned and Shared media assets with our Customer Partners building on existing Brand Platforms and leveraging key occasions.

  • Develop Owned, Earned and Shared Media Strategy per Customer Cluster
  • Create and Execute Customer Joint Marketing Plans
  • Elevate our Brand Experience across all Customer Base.
  • Shopper strategy, content and post-evaluation for priority Middle East Region's brand projects
  • Shopper marketing capability for the System (embed CC way of shopper marketing process across system, sharing internal and external best practices, system routines capturing learnings for key strategic commercial priorities, build and deliver trainings on shopper marketing topics…)

    Financial/Job Scope:

    Volume (unit case / gallons): MER

    # Retail Customer Locations: Impacting all retailers/outlets within MER

    # Food Service Customer Locations: Impacting all customers/outlets within MER

    # Brands/Products: Coca-Cola, Sparkling Flavors and Stills

    # Product Launches Annually: 2-4

    # Vendors Managed: 2-3 international shopper agencies from roster or other agency partners

    ANALYSIS:

  • Understand shopper trends and opportunities by Customer Cluster and translate them into actionable insights (support from K&I)
  • Embedding shopper triggers and barriers and understanding of behavior behind different shopping missions by Customer Cluster as base for strategy and content solutions
  • Post-evaluations and transferable learnings behind initiatives to build knowledge and improve performance
  • Understanding and enquiring business drivers, Revenue Growth Management principles and solutions, execution improvement tools and customers when building shopper content and solutions

    Job Requirements:

    Education: Bachelor Degree

    Years of Experience: 6-8 years preferably in FMCG Shopper / Customer Marketing and (handling HORECA or Modern Trade will be a plus)
