Position Overview:

The main objective for this position is focused on Bottlers Demand Management (CPFR Meetings), Order Management and Customer Engagement Process.

The forecast information received from the bottler is shared and analyzed at least monthly with Demand Coordinator to be reflected in the System. At the same time, the bottler´s requirements, inquiries and issues should be analyzed and shared with all CPS areas to assure that the service CPS gives to the Bottlers is the best one.

This position attends to the above mention process flow and involves the responsibility of tracking concentrate dispatch to assure the accuracy of Bottlers forecast. Also has the responsibility of attending to Bottler´s requirements, inquiries and issues follow up.
