Position Overview:

The Master Data & Analytics Manager (MDM) leads strategy and execution of the master data, data analysis, reporting and website business and technical functions for the Coca-Cola North America parts supply chain.  The parts supply chain includes 30,000 SKUs representing $17M in inventory value.  The MDM develops master data strategy, governance and integrity solutions and related processes to support changing business needs and North America system strategy. The role will influence and partner with 3PL strategic partner, bottlers, CONA, CCNA IT and Freestyle Global Operations teams to execute system implementations and system infrastructure initiatives critical to the CCNA parts supply chain.

Function Specific Activities:


  • Engage with JG13 PM V project leadership in Thirsty to develop, prioritize, cost and implement future capabilities between Thirsty and CCP master data and ERP systems  
  • Engage with JG13 Group Director and JG12 PMIV in CCNA Master Data to develop data syndication strategies to combine equipment and parts master data catalogs. 
  • Engage with CONA Architecture and Business Process Managers and Equipment Services Directors at Tier 1 Bottlers (United, Consolidated, Southwest, Reyes, Swire, Liberty) to develop master data syndication strategies to support current and future business requirements.
  • Continually evaluate effectiveness of current IT infrastructure for Coca-Cola Parts--including master data, B2B website, and data analysis software—in alignment with customer, bottler, supplier and TCCC systems.
  • Analyze master data governance routines for 30,000 SKUs to ensure accuracy and confidence in the parts “book of record” for the Coca-Cola system.Implements initiatives to improve master data syndication with CONA and Northstar bottler platforms to simplify the parts supply chain.
  • Provide thought leadership and support of IT implementations and system infrastructure initiatives impacting the CCNA parts supply chain
  • Develop proactive monitoring and issue prevention protocols to ensure system availability and business process execution.
  • Define strategy and ensures implementation of initiatives for the B2B website to include publishing content, maintain continuity of themes, design layout, streamline navigation and increase online presence to potential customers.
  • Provide strategy to design and implement self-service reporting architecture and tools to improve data analytics
  • Utilizes OE skills to drive productivity and automation and sunset legacy systems
  • Evaluates off-shore resources to support business operations

Job Requirements:

Lead team four direct reports to deliver the master data, data analysis, reporting and website functions for the parts supply chain
Develop and implement master data governance structure, business rule criteria, master data workflows and syndication with CONA, ERP, billing and supplier interfaces;
Design and implement reporting architecture and tools to transform raw data into business insights
Implement new platform to host and continually enhance user experience
Lead resolution of system technical issues and provide thought leadership on design and platform changes; coordinate design and testing with external groups
