Position Overview:

We are looking for an energetic person to join our Records Management team! We're the ones who securely manage information for our clients (ex. Legal, HR, Tax, etc.) and operate storage facilities onsite. We have a unique opportunity for someone who loves being in a client facing role and managing a portfolio of changing process or services.
This role will coordinate the various offerings we operate and work to market those services across the campus in new ways to our associates, find synergies across them to create bundle solutions, and other creative ways to transition from paper to digital. Our services leaders' objective is to support the Company's financial and regulatory obligations by ensuring the appropriate information is retained and acceptable. This will provide great experience in being a true thought partner inside Coca-Cola to implement and support the right information infrastructure, monitoring Service Level Agreements and ensuring they are adhered to, and the protection of vital and company informational assets through project execution, recommending process improvements, proper systems integration and audits.

Function Specific Activities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform informational systems and physical inventory updates, integration troubleshooting and resolution—move, store or destroy digital and physical inventory within compliance
  • Perform informational research, audits, reporting and reconciliation for compliance—management of physical and digital informational inventory repositories
  • Service Level Agreement: management and execution of SLAs between Records Management, vendors and the business
  • Projects: direction from Records manager and partnering with business units to design and develop the required records infrastructure to support company informational assets per retention compliance—consulting, educating and training clients
  • Make recommendations to Records Management Manager for process and policy changes, improvements and implementation
  • Present changes to departmental processes (workflows) and policies for approval—document (technical writing) and submit to Records Management Manager for publishing
  • Remain aware of emerging industry trends (repository/informational systems) and recommend logical implementation or adoption
  • Present ideas for approval by clients and Records Management Manager—drive change of physical informational repositories/content to digital informational repositories/content
  • Use of the Company's informational platforms and technology to educate and update clients about the Records Management program to drive behavioural change

What you need to be successful

  • 5+years of experience in records management, document management, archival management or equivalent
  • Expertise in records retention compliance, policies and technology for digital and physical informational repositories
  • Comfortable in an agile environment, dealing with high volumes and heavy client facing
  • University/Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Communication skills (verbal and written): the role interacts with attorneys, paralegals, directors, managers, administrators, etc. for the purpose of consulting, instructing and training on best Information practices (storage, retention guidelines, compliance, digital and physical systems, best practices, etc.).
  • Able to work independently and with a team, taking ownership of assigned tasks and project work from management—contacting business clients when needed—working through or around barriers to complete tasks and projects to business and client satisfaction.
