Position Overview:

This primary responsibility for this role is to deliver tool capabilities for the Global IT Program Management Office (PMO). The PMO will provide a clear, consistent, independent, structured and integrated approach for managing and governing projects across the Group, with the ultimate objective of the program delivering to plan.

This position will work directly with the Product Owner, Regional PMO Leads, and GIT Tower Leads and teams to deliver capabilities for project planning and execution utilizing agreed project management methodologies, tools and techniques (including Agile/Scrum).

This role shall provide thought leadership for the technologies and capabilities required to run an efficient and effective PMO, enhancing the user experience through simplification, standardization and tool automation of the governance environment. This position reports to Janelle Lamberson, Director, IT Program Management Office, IT Office of CIO.

Function Specific Activities:

Responsibilities include:

  • Working on the Global PMO team which covers:

o   Processes;

o   Communications

o   Tools;

o   Reports and dashboards:

o   Training

  • The objective of the PMO model is to ensure that GIT delivers to plan.  Providing visibility and transparency of progress through the use of digital tools is key.  The tools needs to provide GIT management with the insights and options required to ‘course correct' in a timely manner, when and as required.
  • The tool development includes the user experience, reducing hand-offs and administration through simplification and automation, bringing empowerment and accountability to life in GIT. 
  • This position connects with GIT tower leads to ensure that PMO processes, tools, systems, reports and dashboards are efficient, effective, embedded and are delivering value to all stakeholders. The PMO is responsible for building program and project management capability across GIT, starting with the tower leads and their direct reports.
  • The role works with the GIT Planning and Finance teams to ensure on-going alignment across program. Where possible, PMO processes, tools, systems, reports and dashboards should be integrated with Planning and Finance to reduce hand-offs, ensure consistency/alignment, reduce admin and governance burden, and overall improve the user experience.


  • Demonstrated strong communications and influencing skills across multiple stakeholders, functions and countries.
  • An understanding of program and project management disciplines
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Deep understanding of software development life-cycle management, particularly Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience delivering PMO tools
  • Management and negotiation with technology vendors


  • Bachelor's Degree


  • Scrum Master Certified
  • SalesForce Platform (including Einstein Analystics)
  • At least 5-10 years' related work experience in a large global corporation
