Position Overview:

Identify the current state of process, gather information about process, creating process models, and facilitating workshops with stakeholder groups to design or improve business process, developing deployment plans to enable the successful implementation of new programs.

Function Specific Activities:

Duties

  • Design and build initiatives committed to create world class program for continuous improvements.
  • Develop and drive a detailed quality strategy, as well as take approach to executing the strategy for each program.
  • Work with leadership teams and project owners to manage projects and programs from initiation to closure including communication and change management, achieving specific business goals and objectives while ensuring balance in allocation of resources.
  • Identify the current state of process, gather information about process, creating process models, and facilitating workshops with stakeholder groups to design or improve business process, developing deployment plans to enable the successful implementation of new programs.
  • Collaborate as a QSE Field manager for special projects including Risk Assessments, attend to QSE audits, help and review corrective action plans and implement quality programs in NCB's producing plants and Distribution centers.
  • To protect Company Brands by assuring quality products implementing requirements that will diminish and eliminate any risk related to beverages dispensed throughout Fountain Channel according with our KORE Company procedures, local regulations as well as manuals and protocols.
  • Contribute in product development of solutions and initiatives related to Fountain Operation projects for the Division in order to increase volume, offer different alternatives to our local and Key Accounts and searching for customer and consumer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for the Governance and Quality Stewardship of our equipment in the market by authorizing and certifying all the equipment (approximately 50 models per year) that meets Company specifications as well as international food and electrical safety standards.
  • Lead the bottler and BU performance improvement on key quality and food safety programs.
  • Monitor Bottling System leading indicators.
  • Lead quality programs implementation.

RELATED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS/ QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor´s degree, Chemical or Industrial Engineering
  • 3-5 years of experience in Quality Systems and Bottler System Knowledge
