Position Overview:

This job is a member of the Information Technology Team, within the Latin America Regional Delivery Center. The Finance Business Analyst will be responsible for coordinating automation and regulatory requirements implementation and support for the Finance function. The position will leverage strong knowledge of SAP finance modules to guide business teams towards efficient solutions. The ideal candidate is energetic, passionate about learning, evangelizing on new technology and can connect and communicate with business and technical stakeholders.

Function Specific Activities:

Job Description

  • Manages all aspects of multiple simultaneous fast-paced assigned projects with distributed teams
  • Develops product and project roadmap, release plan, resource allocation, funding request, communication plan, risks and issues management plan, test plan, and defect management plan
  • Manages scope, budget, presentations to IT/Business, daily standup, agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, and retrospective sessions
  • Uses business analysis techniques for gathering and documenting complex requirements, scoping, interviewing, facilitation, system component design, testing, and implementation
  • Vendor Management: Acts as a liaison between business units and 3rd party vendors
  • Support and operations: Can perform root cause analysis of technical platforms and perform technical or operational tasks on assigned applications
  • Feels comfortable around technology; able to learn and in turn educate to other stakeholders on new opportunities


  • SAP Finance module expertise / Certification
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
  • 3 years of progressive broad-based information systems and business experience
  • 3 years of experience managing and delivering mission-critical, high-availability large and small IT development projects using structured project management and system development methodologies
  • Fluent in English, able to communicate efficiently (written and spoken) with global teams
  • Excellent leadership skills, team-focused with high energy and a positive attitude
  • Ability to explain technical concepts and adjust messaging based on the audience, including non-technical groups

    Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Latin American Markets Tax Regulations, Electronic Invoicing
  • 3+ years of experience in Agile methods and mindset as an approach to software development
  • 5+ years of progressive broad-based information systems and business experience
  • Certified ScrumMaster, CSPO or PMP (Project Management Professional) is a plus
  • Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring teams while leveraging Agile methodologies, with strong focus on continuous improvement and developing self-organizing teams
  • Proficiency in Jira, or similar Agile life cycle management tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word
  • Strong analytical, estimating, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to think strategically and develop tactical methods to achieve objectives and goals
  • Broad experience in a variety of computing platforms, such as mainframe, client/server, web, cloud, and social media
  • Ability to influence through outstanding interpersonal skills, collaboration, and negotiation skills
