Position Overview:

Maintains the organization's financial records and transactions; complete assigned daily ledger entries and other financial transactions; collects and compiles simple financial information and assists senior accountants to prepare accurate and timely financial reports and accounting statements. Individual contributor representing the most common entry for this career stream; works under direct supervision.

Function Specific Activities:

Job Description

  • Manage sales transaction
    - Responsible for weekly/monthly sales billing
    - Prepare JV for quarter/year-end settlement of the sales
     
  • Support local statutory tax requirements
    - VAT filing and return by quarter
    - Support annual corporate income tax filing and return working closely with external audit firm such as corporate car expense and intercompany transaction filing, etc.
     
  • Support external/internal audit
    - Support the team to maintain strong internal controls for all operations and continually evolve process to enable optimized audits to be conducted
    - Support the team to ensure compliance with Company policies and standards
    - Prepare the supporting documents of external/internal audit and notes in the audit report
     
  • Support treasury function
    - Custodian for Intercompany Transaction
    - Cash Flow Reporting/Management incl. annual capital investment plan
    - Corporate card management
    - Urgent Payment Request management
    - Manual expense posting (non-PO) and management

Qualification

  • Bachelor degree qualified. Preferred for the Business Administration or Accounting major.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and Mail).
  • USCPA is preferred.
  • Fluent English communication capability - reading, writing and speaking
