Position Overview:

The responsibility of the Operations Manager, a role within My Workplace, is to support the Conference Center & Meeting Services and ensure the development and execution of a wide range of projects at the Atlanta Headquarters. The role would focus on, but not be limited to, accessing the work required, and assigning and managing the team assigned to execute. This will include partnering with our on-campus service providers; including catering, set-up, AV services, guest experience ambassadors, security, and the larger My Workplace team to deliver high-impact, memorable experiences and drive knowledge, information, brand value and ROI to The Coca-Cola Company.

My Workplace is a department within the Integrated Services function of The Coca-Cola Company. Our mission is to provide a broad range of workplace services to Coca-Cola office locations globally. In addition to work in Meetings & Events, our services include branding and digital content strategy, full workplace design, construction project management, workplace strategy and planning, work place technology, and facility management. Our role in The Coca-Cola Company is to be subject matter experts and deliver engaging, memorable, high quality and cost-effective experiences that support and drive Company objectives.

Function Specific Activities:

Key Duties:

The Operations Manager will

  • Work with our on-campus service providers to oversee the work
  • Oversee our Guest Experience Ambassadors vendor
  • Run our weekly Conference Center events meetings
  • Works with the Senior Manager, and other My Workplace team members, to ensure efficient and timely issues resolution for our conference centers
  • Proactively address concerns from our conference center clients
  • Complete special assignments as needed

Education:

  • University Degree preferred

Experience required:

  • 5-7 years of working experience (conference center operations)

Language:

  • Fluent in English; Proficiency in Spanish preferred.

Travel:

  • Around 5% - 10% time spent traveling
