Position Overview:

• To deliver timely, accurate and high-quality accounting service for the BU
• To ensure service standards established by the Service Level Commitment are met
• To work closely with IS LEC team and other IS teams to ensure queries and issues by the BU or Controller's Group
are resolved promptly

Function Specific Activities:

Duties/Responsibilities:

Ensure delivery of the following:

  • Accurate and timely submission of financial statements to Corporate
  • Accurate and timely submission of supplemental data
  • Accurate and timely submission of actual and RE cash flow
  • Accurate and timely preparation of balance sheet reconciliation
  • Sufficient compliance to internal controls
  • High compliance to Service Level Commitment
  • Timely compilation and review of metrics


Functional Competencies:

  • Broad knowledge of accounting
  • Proficiency in SAP, FIM, BOFC, BPC and high computer literacy
  • Ability to assess systems and processes and recommend or implement improvements
  • Capability to provide customer service

Education:

  • Certified Public Accountant



Experience:

  • 2-5 year experience in accounting and audit, works with minimal supervision, and a team player.
