Position Overview:

The purpose of this job is to take the lead in driving Revenue Growth Management (below refers as RGM in short) for the system via establishing financial model to evaluate different business case, formulate OBPPC strategies that target these opportunities, build business cases and sell in to the system, implement and track success, establishing analytics processes and tools leveraging system data to identify revenue growth opportunities in the shorter term.

Function Specific Activities:

  • Develop business case for OBPPC plans that target the prioritized revenue growth opportunities, gather bottler and franchise's support and sell in the plan to the system.
  • Lead new package project planning through cross-function support.
  • Transfer Global RGM/ OBPPC best practices and partnering with the Bottlers to implement in China.
  • Help to lead Price Term Condition and Promotion Spending project with Bottling Group Headquarters.
  • Establish analytics procedure that evaluates, quantifies, identifies and prioritizes revenue growth opportunities utilizing system data (evaluate current channel performance and opportunities, identify pack/price opportunities, prioritize the OBPPC recommendations).
  • Ensure channel profitability and continuously evolve of OBPPC by channel to cater to increased consumer dynamics.
  • Alignment of OBPPC plans with key stakeholders, define picture of success and lead the implementation of plans.
  • Secure support from the system to replicate success.


  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in the FMCG (preferred) industry, ideally in multinational company
  •  strong background in business finance is critical
  • Must have a very high level of analytics skills, a very good analytical mind.
  • MBA degree is preferred but not a must.
  • Willing to change/Adapt. Have strong business sense. 
  • Be able to work under high pressure.
  • English proficiency is a must
