Position Overview:

This role will be responsible for the design, build and delivery of technology solutions that supports the needs of Coca-Cola North America (CCNA) Digital Integration business unit. Partnering closely with the business, this position directs project teams towards solutions that satisfy the business needs and align with CCNA IT strategy and destination architecture. He/she ensures that projects follow standard IT portfolio management processes and delivers the expected business and IT results.

Function Specific Activities:

Primary Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with both external and internal business clients and technical solution delivery counterparts, balancing priorities against capability roadmaps, while delivering digital solutions and capabilities that drive business growth and productivity
  • Lead Product Management to design, build, and deliver high quality digital solutions supporting the eCommerce and Customer Marketing business capability roadmap across one or more programs/projects with a varying degree of complexity, scope, and time horizons
  • Ensure successful execution of IT strategies, architecture guidelines and standards and lead project teams through the technology selection and IT governance processes
  • Work closely with various Business & IT stakeholders to understand alignment opportunities, identify dependencies/risks, define mitigation plans, and balance challenging trade-offs between short/long term goals/priorities and architectural decisions
  • Lead and facilitate planning sessions, requirement assessments, and design workshops. Prepare and complete project related artifacts including User Stories, Functional Specifications, Design documents, and related PMO documentation
  • Provide detailed, accurate and timely updates on progress of the portfolio against the targets
  • Operationalize agile program/project management policies, standards, and procedures to ensure consistent and transparent execution across the portfolio
  • Keep abreast of emerging technology/industry trends relevant to process/domain areas
  • Model a culture that improves the organization's comfort with the speed of change, challenging assumptions, relentless pursuit of improvement - all with a high sense of personal accountability

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferable in Information Technology, Business, Management or industry-related curriculum
  • MBA or other related master's degree preferred

Required Experience

  • eCommerce and Digital solutions including AWS, Azure, Salesforce, Adobe, HTML5, CSS3, Mobile, and MuleSoft
  • Comfortable and confident when speaking with clients as a technical expert and able to translate technical concepts into simple terminology for business client of various levels
  • Passionate about identifying and solving problems for customers with the ability to uncover business needs through direct interaction as well as quantitative or qualitative research to define compelling solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate group meetings to drive desirable outcomes and decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage effective working relationships within an organization and across multiple business and IT stakeholders
  • Effective people and project management skills, including ability to lead projects through the system development lifecycle methodology
  • Ability to proactively engage others and influence outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Makes effective decisions in a timely manner and escalates issues as appropriate
  • Excellent understanding of Agile and DevOps operating model. Experience and passion to work in a fast-paced Agile environment, delivering functional features in small time duration while utilizing automation tool sets (CI/CD)
  • Ability to manage the delivery of multiple complex and large-scale solution development initiatives (>$3 MM) across different functional/technical areas
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems, and recommend sound conclusions and implementation strategies
  • Team player with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Proven ability to manage complex processes and drive continuous process improvement
  • Foster a metrics-driven culture to drive accountability and transparency
  • Self-starter, self-confident and assured in personal abilities
