Position Overview:

JOB SUMMARY
• As part of the Customer & Commercial Team, and via close collaboration with Senior Leadership of bottling partners (CCEP, Soccobo…), ensure significant improvement of commercial execution in France in Retail & in AFH


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Translate our portfolio and commercial strategy into execution priorities and Pictures of Success with bottling partners tailored for each channel
• Define and execute in collaboration with bottling partners a comprehensive Strategic Commercial Plan to define priorities on RED (field sales tools & priorities) & Route To Market aligned with Annual Business Plan
• Define strategic roadmap for Equipment investments and management to secure sustainable Immediate Consumption (IC) growth
• Co-lead Commercial Execution projects including:
o Deploy Segmented Execution (Picture of Success)
o Follow up Plan Paris & Plan Montagne
o Build End to End strategy for OTG, Transport, @work channels
• Ensure Execution Competitive intelligence: identifying and anticipating competitor's strategies and tactics across all channels
• Track performance with KBIs & scorecards and identify areas to improve RED effectiveness
• Identify key opportunities to improve execution
• Identify Best Practices and adjust to local Franchise

JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
• At least 10 years of marketing / operations, preferably in the consumer goods industry
• Commercial experience with different channels.
• In depth understanding of Commercial and Customer strategic developments.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
• 40% mainly local
