Position Overview:

The role of the Senior Program Manager DtV is accountable for the coordination and oversight of large, cross-functional transformational initiatives. The position will be responsible for all aspects of these large, multi-functional projects, including, but not limited to: defining project objectives, evaluation of project and multiple alternatives, development and understanding of project benefits and business plans and coordinating the efforts of cross functional team members in order to deliver projects to scope, on budget and on-time. This position will serve as a key linkage across multiple business functions, such as, sales, marketing, Customer Solutions, Customer Care, etc. The Senior Program Manager DtV will also be responsible for developing and implementing project management tasks; communications; budgets; and project success metrics; while ensuring achievement of defined milestones, opportunities, and process consistency across key stakeholders and ownerships. This role with also be responsible for ensuring the long term sustainability and proper functionality of these projects. This role will also be responsible for facilitating the stakeholder alignment process for CCNA.

Function Specific Activities:

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities

  • Program Management Process for DtV;
  • Develop and coordinate cross-functional project plans and critical paths by utilizing project planning tools (e.g., MS project, project management database, etc.) in order to ensure timely implementation of initiatives
  • Consult with and influence senior management at various levels in and across a wide variety of functions
  • Perform financial analysis to support strategic options and sensitivity analysis for NPV, IRR, Discounted Case Flow, economic analysis, etc.
  • Support regular review of the CCNA Stakeholder analysis to identify and segment key stakeholders, understand their needs, and identify communication/interaction routines.
  • Identify and coordinate opportunities for CCNA Leadership Team to interact with Bottlers and Franchise Leadership within their existing routines
  • Coordinate and assist in preparation for Bottler/CCNA visits through development of call plans and presentation materials
  • Support annual stakeholder survey and development of action plans to address opportunities

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required. Master's Degree preferred.

Related Work Experience:


  • At least 5 years of experience in project/program management or experience working within The Coca-Cola System

Preferred Level:

  • 7+ years of experience in project/program management or experience working within The Coca-Cola System; PMP certification preferred; completed or in-process OE/CI green or black belt preferred
