Position Overview:

Coca-Cola's North America team is looking for a Director to drive cross functional innovation as well as implementation across our Fountain Business and Minute Maid business units. We're looking for someone to constantly challenge the status quo and serve as a Subject Matter Expert in emerging technologies. Using both current and emerging tech, this individual will implement systems to drive value for The Coca-Cola Company helping increase revenue, profits, cost savings, and efficiencies.
We need a thinker and a doer. We are familiar with many of the emerging technologies including AI, ML, RPA, Blockchain, AR, VR, and more. What we're looking for is someone who can innovate in this space, or one we haven't thought of yet, and also implement those ideas. He or she will own the full life cycle of ideation and implementation by partnering with the Business; research, design, planning, delivery, and support.

Function Specific Activities:

  • He/she will have three to four direct reports, $5-$10mm budget and will need to build out the roadmap for budget each year and manage to that budget in allocating the proper resources  
  • The proper resources will include a mix of internal and external (3rd party) resources which will vary anywhere from 50 - 100 people
  • Salesforce, AI, Data Fabric, Multi-Channel/Omni-Channel, Software Process Automation, Bots are all technologies that can be included in the scope of work, but you will have the flexibility to include other areas you see fit  
  • Strengthen agile program/project management policies, standards, and procedures to ensure consistent and transparent execution across the portfolio
  • Deliver communication at different levels from c-suite to product owner and in between
  • Convey stories of IT value and gain alignments on strategic visions while building multifaceted coalitions to influence the outcomes
  • Partner closely with stakeholders across the IT organization to understand strategic alignment opportunities, identify dependencies, and balance challenging trade-offs between priorities
  • Model a culture that aligns with Coca-Cola's 4 Growth behaviors


  • BA/BS required
  • Agile champion
  • Experience in application deployment within a large and complex environment
  • Program management experience managing multiple projects concurrently with budgets in the millions of dollars and responsible for managing ~50+ people at a time 
  • Ability to partner with cross functional stakeholders, leaders, and teams


  • MBA
  • Big 4, or related consulting background, consulting experience
