Position Overview:

The Performance Intelligent Center PIC) provides technology solutions, strategic leadership, financial support, and process guidance to Coca-Cola North America Product Supply and Food Service Organization, which lead more than 170 manufacturing and distribution facilities. Key areas of focus for the role include leadership and project management routines within the following areas:
(1) Manage Customer Experience
(2) Project Management
(3) Business Processes
(4) Report and Analytics
(5) Develop and Implement Application solution
The incumbent will be expected to lend intellectual and subject-matter expertise, lead a team of contractors as needed, and manage projects/deliverables that further the objectives of our customers as outlined above. This position must demonstrate excellent attention to detail coupled with strong project management and effective communication skills

Function Specific Activities:

Manage Customer Experience

  • Key communication conduit for performance information to all level of management within the PIC organization
  • Serve as a consultant and data subject matter expert to the organization on significant matters relating to financial performance, information visibility, technical capabilities, and long-range goals & objectives
  • Support Product Supply and Food Service leadership team in analytics and performance improvement strategy
  • Attend Product Supply and Food Service Leadership management routines to ensure we stay connected with our customers, provide project updates, and visibly inspect how our tools are being utilized
  • Gathering business requirements for technology solutions
  • Liaison between client and technology team to define and design project plan and final solution
  • Provide timely status updates
  • Customer Support
  • Manage Customer Training and Application Acceptance
  • External Customer On-Boarding to PIC Applications

Develop and Implement Application Solution (using latest technology when applicable)

  • Identification of the Proper Frontend Platform (ASP.NET, Tableau, BootStraps, Dev Express…) to Meet Business Requirements
  • Application development using proper codes and technique
  • Proper SQL database design (primary keys, indexes, etc.)
  • Proper Front End design meeting Security Scan Requirements
  • This role will be expected to develop and implement ASP.NET web-based applications, provide customer training, serve as SME for customer connection. 
  • The web-based applications will be focused on performance management, forecasting, planning, and reporting's.
  • Coordinate and Lead User Acceptance Testing for software and reporting releases
  • Coordinate and Lead customer training sessions
  • Perform Backend and Front-End Code Reviews for Peers.
  • Attend Technical Training and Development Opportunities.
  • Ensure Proper Documentation for New Applications, and Transition Processing and Validation to Maintenance Team.
  • As SQL Database Owner, Adhere to RIM policy and Ensure Standards are Observed

Project Management

  • Gathering business requirements for technology solutions
  • Liaison between client and technology team to define and design project plan and final solution
  • Provide timely status updates
  • Provide Customer Support and Manage Application Acceptance

Business Process

  • Understand your client's business process; identify technical gaps and recommend opportunities for technical enablement.
  • Provide insight and guidance on the ‘How' associated with solving a business problem
  • Help define connection point between leading indicators, lagging indicators, and impact on business results (financial, customer service, safety, etc.…)
  • Drive accountability and validation in process to ensure technology is enabling performance management and accepted by user base.


Analytics / Ad-hoc

  • Key COE connection point for Product Supply and Food Service Leadership to request analytic support
  • Low-to-Mid Level analytical support
  • Ad-hoc reporting ownership focused on short-term deliverables
