Position Overview:

The Consumer Reporting Administrator will design and create reports for internal business stakeholders including Marketing, Brand, Quality and Bottlers, CIC support staff and managers using reporting tools and various data streams.

The ideal candidate will partner with internal and external clients on the requirements and design of reports. They will work to create and manage various SharePoint databases for CIC projects and update or extract data as needed. They will also be tasked with providing direction and recommendations on the integration of reporting tools with the current and future CRM solutions.

Function Specific Activities:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage Stakeholder Experience

  • Serve as a consultant and data subject matter expert to the organization on significant matters relating to performance reporting, information visibility, technical capabilities
  • Provide project updates, and visibly inspect how our tools are being utilized

Project Management

  • Assist in the gathering of business requirements for future reporting solutions and integrated systems
  • Consult with clients, business and technology teams to ensure project stays on track and needs are met
  • Provide timely status updates
  • Provide Technical Support

Business Process

  • Understand client needs and business processes
  • Lead data validation routines to ensure technology is enabling performance management
  • Perform analytics and adhoc reporting as needed
  • Prepare, analyze and distribute or make publicly available operational reports to leadership team
  • Partner with other support functions in understanding reporting needs to both serve stakeholders and internal management
  • Enhance information availability across functions and ensure its relevance for managerial usage and decision-making

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Minimum Required: Education: High school diploma; GED equivalent
  • Preferred Level: Bachelor of Science

Experience

  • Minimum Required: At least 6 months working with Excel using raw data to develop reports, charts, graphs and analysis appropriate for distribution at all levels
  • Preferred Level: Expert level Excel data modeling and formatting, with Tableau experience and presentation skills
