Position Overview:

The Senior Manager, Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) is responsible for managing key diversity & inclusion strategic initiatives across our U.S. and global business. Responsibilities span four areas: D&I Culture & Communications, D&I Metrics and Analytics, D&I Capability, and Consulting.

Function Specific Activities:

D&I Culture & Communication

  • Partner with PACS to design and manage D&I communications strategy.
  • Lead Stand as One Circles implementation and support Stand as One Town Hall productions.
  • Manage Business Resource Group and Council communications, budgets and calendars. 
  • Manage D&I content on Connect and Journey.
  • Develop materials for internal and external presentations.

D&I Metrics & Analytics

  • Provide strategic insights from D&I data and manage D&I research topics.
  • Manage D&I Dashboard tool and user training and education.
  • Manage D&I component of People Scorecard process and distribution.
  • Produce quarterly scorecard and metrics for key stakeholders, including Board of Directors.
  • Track and anticipate trends.
  • Import and export D&I best practices for sharing internally and externally.

D&I Capability Building

  • Support the continuous improvement of D&I Capability Toolkit and assist with updating D&I assessment.
  • Manage external D&I surveys and requests for signing onto statements.
  • Manage subscriptions and partnerships with D&I organizations.
  • Partner with L&D to incorporate D&I capability into curriculum.

Consulting and Special Projects

  • Consult with internal and external customers as needed.
  • Manage special projects as needed.
  • Leverage Agile methodologies.
  • Support HR policies and compliance requirements.
