Position Overview:

? The SEGMENTED OBPPC architecture is the fundamental building block of the competitive strategy for the System, supported by world class capabilities, tools, and processes to drive continuous performance improvement and accelerate growth in business results through the expansion of volume, revenues and superior execution.
? The OBPPC Analytics Manager Evaluates tailored occasion-brand-package-price-customer cluster architectures that ensure System sustainable value capturing from shopper purchases, driving incremental revenues, while growing share of revenues and share of volume. To do so, the function applies KO OBPPC planning tools, processes and methodology to assist the Commercial and Brand functions to make BPPC evaluations / changes to optimize shopper and consumer demands.
? Support the functions in building the business case for new commercial projects involving components of OBPPC.
? Evaluates the revenue impacts of decisions made to optimize shopper and consumer demands across channels.
? Responsible for OBPPC KPIs reporting and analysis across the System for Indonesia.
? Undertakes regular business & performance analysis, to guide effective and fact-based system decision making.

Function Specific Activities:

ADVANCED ANALYTICS

  • Works with methodologies and tools for joint KO/Bottler assessments to identify gaps and develop action plans, facilitating those assessments in conjunction with area managers, as well as supporting the local implementations with Bottlers.
  • Applies consumer-shopper-retailer data, trends and insight to map revenue opportunities from occasions, categories and purchase location and develop transformational OBPPC solutions.
  • Support the on the recommendation of pricing strategies based on Conjoint and elasticity insights as well as drive system price alignment process across channels, customers, and regions.
  • Ensures consistency in the OBPPC architecture across channels and regions, and establishes the mechanisms to support/track implementation.
  • Track performance with standardized OBPPC metrics & reporting routines to assess effectiveness of on-going strategies relative to desired business results.
  • Monitor effective scorecards of OBPPC capabilities and implementation impact, Bottler health indicators, and business drivers to track progress.

STRATEGIC SUPPORT

  • Participates in the assessment and identification of consumer insight, shopper insight, customer profiles, competitive profiles, and channels and/or clusters to identify revenue growth opportunities for the System and prepare specific recommendations that enable action to capture the value.
  • Support to business case development and validation/strategy recommendation of the overall OBPPC architecture
  • Provides support to the CCL Director for the implementation-adaptation of relevant OBPPC best practices and pilot initiatives within the Region.
  • Provide support when introducing / recommending OBPPC initiatives to the Bottler

LEVERAGES BU - GROUP LEARNINGS

  • Document best practices and experiences to feed the OBPPC network.
  • Supports & stewards a strong community of practice across ASEAN connected to the world.
