Position Overview:

This role is responsible for leading the program management of Integrated Services automation initiatives across all service lines with emphasis on transformational design leveraging new and innovative technology. This role is regularly engaged with Senior Integrated Services leaders and within IT to assess opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and ensure deliverables are met. The Innovation Program Manager is also responsible for bringing external shared services best practices and automation opportunities into Integrated Services with value attainment goals. This position is critical for the successful expansion of our Automation and Innovation capabilities throughout the organization.

Function Specific Activities:

Primary Responsibilities include:

  • Program Management of Automation across Integrated Services including: stakeholder engagement, pipeline management, communication and core program management responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted innovation partner and collaborate closely with the business and IT resources to understand problems and facilitate discussions to transform the business
  • Evaluate automation opportunities and lead the creation of business cases and required documentation for the execution of automation projects
  • Lead Opportunity Assessment and prioritization of the automation pipeline, identifying roadblocks and additional support required to implement automation capabilities
  • Help drive program communications, including project updates and other initiatives
  • Monitor and understand technology, market trends, and best practices in a shared services environment to assess value for Coca-Cola.
  • Model a culture that emphasizes continuous improvement, proactive challenging of the status quo, and driving speed of change and transformation
  • Collaborate with key process excellence, data strategy, and innovation leaders throughout the organization to ensure we are aligned in our strategy and approach
  • Serve as a Coach and Mentor within the organization and provide career coaching and direction to team members

The successful candidate will also have the following skills:

  • Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate complex topics and translate between business and IT stakeholders, including:
    • Explaining comprehensive business topics to IT stakeholders to facilitate automation being developed
    • Establishing understanding amongst Integrated Services functional teams of the technical requirements and commitments needed from the business
  • Collaboration: Ability to establish key relationships and influence leaders across the business and IT
  • Awareness of End-User driven automation solutions, including but not limited to: Excel Macros, Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx
  • Experience and Exposure to Robotic Process Automation and understanding of use cases and high-level capabilities
  • Analytical rigor including experienced in Process Analysis and Optimization


  • BA/BS required. BA/BS in Business, Management, Computer Science or industry-related curriculum preferred
  • MBA preferred

Required Experience

  • 5-7 years of relevant industry experience with focus on process excellence, automation, and/or transformation
  • World Class Program & Project Management: ability to manage the execution of multiple automation initiatives across various functional and geographic areas
  • Experience and passion to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Expertise in executive communications and stakeholder relationship management. Capable of articulating the automation vision and gaining alignment with stakeholders
  • Innovative thinker willing to challenge the status quo
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including situation analysis, problem identification, and solution recommendation strategies
  • Collaborative team-player with high emotional intelligence
