  • New position created to be fully dedicated to the multiyear Bottler Revenue Planning modernization project. The project will implement Anaplan and required process enhancements to deliver against these objectives:
    • Develop an integrated suite of planning tools allowing for better plan creation, visibility, and stewardship
    • Implement collaboration and automated workflow tools to increase speed and transparency across key stakeholders (Bottlers, Brand, NRS) in the process
    • Integrate tools in scope to enable “intelligence” to flow through the process and eliminate low value manual effort
    • Develop, pilot and implement increasingly flexible and agile planning approaches to align work effort with return on time and better enable the system to capture growth

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities

  • Business lead for the project accountable for ensuring the project delivers against stakeholder needs (CCNA RGM & Finance, Bottlers & NRS Customer Teams)
    • Play a leadership role in defining and documenting system requirements in from a user perspective
    • Actively participate in Anaplan build activities as a model builder receiving guidance and direction from an experienced consultant
    • Quality Assurance / System Testing - Develop and execute User Acceptance Test scripts
    • Actively participate in Agile project management activities including daily Scrum sessions
    • Prototyping / mock-ups - facilitate iterative design with business
    • Delivery of end user solution including dashboards, modules and documentation
    • Provide subject matter expertise on overall process
    • Provide subject matter expertise on source data and relationship to business requirements and Anaplan model design
  • Lead one direct report and provide day to day direction to multiple consultants supporting the project.
  • Ensure project owners are kept informed of progress and prepared to make decisions requiring their input quickly to ensure the project stays on track

Functional Skills:  

  • Strong knowledge of current state bottler business practices supporting processes / systems
  • Strong technical skills - excel power user at minimum. Experience with Anaplan ideal
  • Strong strategic & systematic thinking (forward-looking vision and anticipating of future needs)
  • Identifies client needs and creates value; proven ability to work with high degree of autonomy once given direction.
  • Strong Problem Solving & Analytical skills; ability to draw actionable insights from data; experience with sales analytics
  • Effectively communicate and build relationships at senior organization levels; communicate long-term vision through clear & simple messages
  • Grow diverse, high-performing teams through tough-minded talent management and proactively seek development opportunities for employees;

Education Requirements: 

  • Minimum Required:  Bachelor's degree  (engineering, finance, business)
  • Preferred Level: Master degree in business or associated field

Related Work Experience: 

  • Minimum of 7+ years' experience in sales, finance or RGM with expertise in customer planning, focused on delivery of world-class results in a complex, distributed environment. 
  • Experience developing strategy & delivering against implementation of strategy
  • Experience building complex models and simple processes to solve business needs
  • Demonstrated ability to forge alignment with Senior Business Leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver upon results; ability to make decisions in ambiguous situations

Preferred Level:

  • Extensive experience (10 years +)
  • Field and headquarter experience working closely across finance, sales & marketing, BIS, etc.
