Function Specific Activities:

The Marketing Asset Coordinator role manages the end-to-end Procure to Pay process for the Region Marketing Assets organization --- creation, facilitation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and reconciliation. This role is part of a Marketing Assets and Activation Team (which is the broader organization for Region Marketing Assets). The position provides financial and project management client service to the Marketing Assets and Activation Organization and will be mainly expected to lead generation of Purchase Orders, Goods Received proofs, invoicing and payment tracking, budget reviews (including tracking open PO's, etc.). Prepares and tracks DME spend and moves funds within campaigns whenever needed.

In addition to the financial support and PO generation, this position will also be expected to lead ad hoc Region Marketing projects including coordination of shopper marketing research, gathering and analyzing Assets Planning Tool data, searching for consumer and shopper insights in relation to music events attendees as well as college and pro sport fans' behaviors.

Function Specific Activities:

Budget stewardship. Provide clients appropriate levels and types of information to support their ongoing PO generation and tracking and revising as appropriate.

Ensure accuracy of accounting transactions.

Evaluate, make recommendations and communicate results of financial analysis.

Relationship Management. Partner with cross functional teams.

Fulfill research requests and respond to internal or external customer inquiries.

Provide financial information through downloading information or running reports for routine requests. Develop, maintain, and use financial models, templates, strategic and operational measures in order to perform the most updated PO status.

Research and resolve any issues identified.

Research, gather, and/or prepare documentation to support accounting in PO generation, tracking and closing.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree

Related Work Experience:

At least 5 years

Technical Skills:

Basic Financial Analysis: The ability to analyze financial data (e.g. validity of data including balance sheet account balance, volume trends, return on investments). This includes creating

spreadsheets, identifying issues, and making recommendations.

Project Management: The ability to write project kick-off brief, leading supplier selection, project coordination (including providing suppliers with feedback and next steps), creating project timelines and tracking its milestones and progress, giving project updates to Leaders of the Marketing Assets and Activation organization, wrapping up projects with post analyzing project completion, gathering learnings.

Customer Focus: Making customers (external and internal) and their needs a primary focus of one's actions; developing and sustaining productive customer relationships; creating and executing plans and

solutions in collaboration with the customer.

Other Skills: Impeccable organization, communication, and attention to detail to this time-sensitive work.
