Position Overview:

• Act as a link between Sparkling & Stills BUs and Bottler system, generating and difusing business priorities and marketing activities for Traditional trade & Modern trade.
• Identify and Integrate BU Marketing Strategies in TT and Modern Trade POS, adapting top priorities to operational feasibility and local needs.

  • Identify and integrate BU Marketing Strategies in TT and Modern Trade Picture of Success, adapting top priorities to operational feasibility and local needs.25%
  • Ensure bottler's alignment for key channel marketing iniciatives by establishing effective management routines, processes with category and channel bottler figures.25%
  • Develop local channel and marketing strategies to generate business value; deliver long term sustainable growth for NARTD Categories for regional territories. 20%

  • Collaborate with Go to Market NARTD and Marketing Managers key iniciatives to drive value growth.15%
  • Develop Promotional activities, customer plans, exhibitions in POS, customized promotions and aligned to marketing key iniciatives.10%
  • Manage Regional budget for National Initiatives. Develope tools for performance follow up for National AAA Priorities.5%

Functional Skills

  • Collaborate with Go to Market NARTD and Marketing Managers key iniciatives to drive value growth.
  • Develop and implement shopper + channel strategies as promotions, exploit local marketing assets and media to maximize brand marketing key iniciatives.
  • Ensure bottler's alignment for key channel marketing iniciatives by establishing effective management routines, processes with category and channel bottler figures.
  • Aligns TCCC and System resources to ensure effective, efficient, and consistent execution of joint strategies.
  • Develop local channel and marketing strategies to generate business value; deliver long term sustainable growth for NARTD Categories for regional territories.
