Position Overview:

Function Specific Activities:

Responsible for the development and implementation of the HR processes; provides solutions for the needs of internal clients taking into account the corporate policies of training, development, remuneration, etc. and the current legislation; responsible for the leadership and facilitation of the development of culture and key capabilities. Individual contributor who guides others in resolving complex issues in specialized area based on existing solutions and procedures; works independently with guidance only in the most complex situations.
