Position Overview:

Responsible for instructing and checking the work of other business systems analysts; formulates and defines system scope and objectives based on user needs; modifies procedures to solve highly complex problems considering computer equipment capacity, operating time etc.; analyzes business needs; documents requirements and translates them into proper system requirement specifications. Individual contributor who guides others in resolving complex issues in specialized area based on existing solutions and procedures; works independently with guidance only in the most complex situations.

Function Specific Activities:

Steward and drive usage and benefits of CAS TPM technology (TPM = Trade Promotion Management):

  • Act as expert user of CAS TPM Technology to facilitate day-to-day operations across the cross functional teams: IT, Sales, Finance, Commercial.
  • Oversight of daily operations with IT deployment teams and business partners ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Tracks, monitors, and manages progress against key milestones related to system performance; defect resolution, enhancements and accuracy.
  • Accountable for daily routines designed to resolve issues and enhance user performance of TPM CAS technology.
  • Be an integrated partner with cross-functional teams to identify new or improvement opportunities for system and/or process improvements driven by TPM CAS technology.
  • Responsible for day to day operation, functionality and coherency of Data Processing Technology (Data Lake) that supports sales and commercial teams.
  • Lead group in designing reporting to advance standardization of business analysis outputs across the cross functional teams: Sales, Finance, Commercial.
  • Act as expert of CAS TPM Technology and understand the implications from interactions with other internal systems (SAP, Oracle, 3rd party data lakes etc.).
  • Attend industry initiatives to remain knowledgeable of best practices and trends.
  • Remain active in professional networks related to sales systems and trade management to enhance MMBU Warehouse Juice exposure and gain relevant knowledge

Position Requirements:

EDUCATION:

Minimum Required:       

  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Level:              

  • Bachelor's degree in business or associated field

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum Required:

  • 3 years' experience
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • CAS, SAP, Oracle system, Sales Systems
  • Project Management
  • Effectively communicates & builds relationships at all organizational levels

Preferred Level:

  • 3 -5 years' experience, preferably in the CPG Industry working on Sales Tools or Systems Deployment
  • Strong Analytical & Project Management Skills
  • CAS, SAP, Oracle system, Sales Systems background
  • Effectively communicates & builds relationships at all organizational levels
  • Familiarity of Sales and Finance Team's day to day activity

SPECIALIZED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Minimum Required:

  • Strong strategic & systemic thinking (forward-looking vision and anticipating of future needs)
  • Effectively communicate and build relationships at various organization levels; communicates long-term vision as well as tactical direction through clear & simple messages .
  • Analytical and technical knowledge; Strong skills with excel, database management systems, CAS, and/or SAP.
