Position Overview:

Maintains the organization's financial records and transactions; complete assigned daily ledger entries and other financial transactions; collects and compiles simple financial information and assists senior accountants to prepare accurate and timely financial reports and accounting statements. Individual contributor representing the most common entry for this career stream; works under direct supervision.

This position is for 1 year contract

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Costing, Accounting & Inventory Control

Ensuring data related to accounting in BOM before being submitted to MDM
Checking and creating Activity Type before doing run cost
Doing manual calculation on standard cost of material before input in system
Preparing journal for COGS clearing account on Month End Close activity
Reviewing open PO in a yearly basis


Reporting

Prepare & Submit monthly actual report
Prepare, review and submit monthly OPEX report after month end close
Prepare and submit PPV into new tool system
Prepare monthly Rolling Estimate


Internal Control

Internal Controls monitoring : act as on site incharge  plant internal controls, observes and provide recommendations for improvement in plant
Internal Control system


Ad Hoc and Other Support

Assist Plant Finance Manager for preparation various Audits
Support Leadership Team to manage effective Plant Operation
Support Productivity Initiative in the plant
