Position Overview:

Estimate on a monthly basis the volume/mix and revenue updates by bottler, package, product and channel, providing Field Group and Division with accurate risks and opportunities analysis. Keep forecasting models updated in order to maintain fact based conversations/negotiations with bottlers;

Function Specific Activities:


  • Lead FU agenda (internal and external meetings)
  • Lead area routines in order to identify opportunities/issues to continuously development of our strategies (e.g: reports, executive summaries, trackings, ad-hoc analysis, etc). 
  • Identify risks and opportunities of volume/revenue on a daily basis (e.g: MTD and forecast MTG, NSR projections, price impacts).
  • Develop tools and capabilities to guarantee proper tracking and learning processes. 
  • Development and update of key strategic driver analysis (KPIs trackings - volume, prices, market share, distribution, SOVI ,etc);
  • BP Process: co-lead with planning Senior Manager all BP process alignment with FU bottlers (e.g.: calendar, volume & revenue targets, BOs and Division meetings, etc) 
  • RCM: lead RCM projects in the FU South working alongside with BO MDMs and RCM strategic area.
  • Provide information support, leverage system profitability and identify opportunities during the implementation of BO's OBPPC architecture, price increases, price compliance and MUP;
  • Execution: support planning Senior Manager to develop dynamic segmentation processes and routines (key project in FU South) in order to keep leveraging execution in KOF area.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Bachelor in Administration, Economy and / or Engineering
  • MBA (Desirable)
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English
