Position Overview:

The Data Analytics and Insights Operations Manager position is responsible for delivering a reliable, cost effective, and defect free experience to the Freestyle fleet in both the US and Globally. This will be delivered through an emphasis on driving system and design improvements identified through data insights. These insights will be linked to field and customer observations, customer recommendations, and escalations. This role will require leveraging data from multiple systems including manufacturing, product supply, dispenser diagnostics, and connectivity to minimize disruptions to the fleet and identify opportunities for improvement. The specific accountabilities include:

• Leverage data across the system from product supply, equipment manufacturing, and consumer insights that will help improve product quality and system performance.
• Resolve field escalations through deep insights into data from equipment sensors, suppliers, manufacturing and service tickets.
• Work with design engineering teams to drive improvements by translating customer and field issues into defined engineering actions.
• Lead advance data modeling solutions to deliver on the vision of on-demand service diagnostics and repair based on predictive failure.
• Design methods to collect user sentiment data from the field and model with dispenser performance to identify at risk customers.
• Work with customers teams to solve deployment challenges.

Function Specific Activities:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
  • 2+ years of working in technical or field operations
  • 2+ years of working with large data sets and experience with ETL of large data sets
  • Six Sigma Black Belt

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7+ of working in technical or field operations
  • 2+ years working the Coca-Cola Freestyle ecosystem
  • 2+ years manufacturing experiences

Function Specific Activities:

  • Work closely with design teams to influence design such that service cost and total cost of ownership is minimized
  • Improve software and electronics reporting that can feed models that will drive performance improvements
  • Leverage data from multiple sources and build models that provide insights into performance improvements
  • Create data visualizations that will provide insight into fleet performance
  • Identify opportunities to link freestyle data to customer sentiment
  • Document current state processes and business systems and compare to bench-marking data and/or best practices in order to identify performance gaps
  • Implement process improvement to benefit the KO system and suppliers or customers by directing supply chain activities, involving external suppliers, functional peers, account teams and/or cross- functional teams
  • Analyze performance data to identify business plan variances using established systems and ad-hoc problem solving
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, BU leaders and the service network while maintaining a persuasive and credible presentation style at all levels of the organization
  • Desire and ability to learn new things quickly in a rapidly changing environment

Technical Skills:

  • Ability to extract and transform large data sets to gain insights with tools such as Altrex, Tableau, and Splunk
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and AWS tools
  • Process Improvement: Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and coordinate efforts around process improvement. Ability to analyze business processes and develop systems-based solutions that will improve current state         
  • Computer Modeling: Knowledge of statistical and mathematical computer programs and modeling techniques. Ability to apply and analyze large amounts of data for developing projections and estimates
  • Business Activity Processes: Ability to establish and define processes, and continuously monitor and improve processes to facilitate the execution of business activities
