Position Overview:

Assess and create a compelling vision of the relevance of TEG channel as a key component for sustainability in the KO System business and define roadmap to success with specific capability and value development for channel and define key priorities in SBP and ABP. Create TEG winning channel plan that ensure KPI's such as SOV, NSR, TRX, VOL and SFP algorithm in TEG channel according to segmented customers within the channel. Assess Operation and business development opportunities and capabilities.

Function Specific Activities:

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assess and create a compelling vision of the relevance of TEG channel as a key component for sustainability in the KO System business. Analyze trends, business impact and define a burning platform to ensure channel prioritization.
  • Define roadmap to success with specific capability and value development for channel and define key priorities in SBP and ABP.
  • Create TEG winning channel plan ensuring alignment with commercial strategy guidelines in terms of opportunity, targets, OBPPC, price realization, promotion, commercial practice and LOS per category. Responsible for KPI's such as SOV, NSR, TRX, VOL and SFP algorithm in TEG channel.
  • Ensure specific guidelines for strategy deployment according to segmented customers within TEG channel to ensure bottler alignment in customers terms, conditions and tactical grid.
  • Ensure linkage with commercial execution capability development in terms of RTM, SFA, dynamic segmentation, CDE and RED.
  • Assess capabilities for business development and collaborate with commercial capabilities to define strategy.
  • Create value based relationships with bottler and selected customers
