Position Overview:Provide leadership and co-ordination across the Supply Chain to achieve the geographic location's volume and share objectives through bottler relationship management and Business Plan execution.
Identify, create and exploit opportunity to increase KO per capita, market share and profitable business growth through strong RTM initiatives and channel development plans leading to an exceptional In Outlet Execution of our brands and packs.
Function Specific Activities:
- Develop strong RTM & distributor management initiatives with the bottler on creating the appropriate plans, processes and measurement tools to ensure proper implementation.
- Drive commercial and execution plans leveraging RED and the defined Picture of Success to ensure Best In Class execution and facilitate IC
- Lead Bottler training and development modules and capability building initiatives targeted at commercial teams - especially RED, RTM, SFE and Collaborating for Value
- Set Up CDE process to ensure cooler placement opportunities identification & efficient deployment.
