Position Overview:

Analyzes and forecasts financial, economic and other data to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions e.g. acquisitions, investments, divestitures etc.; assesses the financial implications of proposed investments; evaluate industry and market trends to forecast the organization's financial and competitive position. Individual contributor that works under limited supervision; applies subject matter knowledge; requires capacity to understand specific needs or requirements to apply skills/knowledge.

Function Specific Activities:

JOB SUMMARY

  • Work in close collaboration with CCEP Finance to build and maintain System information key for reporting and decision making.
  • Develop in depth understanding of System Financials in collaboration with Central Finance team.
  • Participate in the Incidence Model Management from pricing letters to incidence rate reviews playing a key role in streamlining processes with different internal players.
  • Assist in designing and implementing business models with our bottling partners
  • Assume ownership of Western Europe NSR information (Microstrategy) ensuring data inflow, analysis and reporting are best-in-class.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of the System Economics Tool across Western Europe improving the experience to drive usage internally and with CCEP.
  • Play a key role in the roll-out of a central reporting structure aiming to foster the revenue culture across the organization.
  • Support the preparation of analysis materials for top management meetings.
  • Partner with IT for system maintenance and continuous development of our information Systems.
  • Provide support to the Strategic Planning process including long range planning, red book and industry profit pools.
  • Partner with S&I for performance analysis and ad-hoc projects
  • Lead CCEP Equity Income reporting
  • Support the WEBU Planning manager in the preparation and consolidation of FO's monthly Actual, RE and Risks and Opportunities (R&O) processes
  • Provide data and analysis as required as input for presentations and communication of financial results
  • Ad hoc support to the WEBU planning team

KEYDUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with CCEP to define common standards in information sharing from data mapping to information exchange planning.
  • Perform strong analysis around key business drivers to understand top line and bottom line performance.
  • Simulate the impact of different external factors on System financials.
  • Work closely with GFO in the pricing letters definition and distribution.
  • Participate in the redefinition of the process to scale and streamline the management of incidence rates.
  • Maintain and develop the Microstategy NSR tool by coordinating with CCEP, FOs and IT the information flow and analytical standards. This tool is pivotal to the NSR understanding and incidence management across the BU.
  • Assume ownership of the System Economics Tool (SET) providing support to the different countries.
  • Lead the Central Reporting with IT support to generate a standard way of looking at business performance.
  • Participate in Business Performance Analysis and benchmarks.
  • Financial modelling of the System Financial performance including input from different stakeholders.
  • Key participant on the LRP/Red Book preparation by incorporating local input to the BU deliverables.
  • Coordination with S&I to complement the business and industry analysis: Volume + Value
  • Value our Equity Income tracking deviation and providing insights.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree
  • Professional Accounting qualification (such as ACA) or MBA
