Position Overview:

Strategic Planning Specialist

Function Specific Activities:

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Supports the development of the Long Range and Annual Business Planning Cycles for all Business Units, including SSD, Stills and New Revenue Streams
  • Helps organize the Annual Strategic Summit, an important Bottler-focused conference, where the main strategic decisions are taken
  • Performs ad-hoc analysis and takes part in strategic projects, supporting the management team with insights and recommendations
  • Performs assessments on potential for the Brazilian market by studying the external economical/ political environment and the System requirements to access opportunities and establishing strategic priorities
  • Takes part in team problem solving sessions, bringing new insights and ideas to contribute to a robust growth strategy for Coca-Cola Brazil.
  • Understands the challenges each area and division is facing to reach agreements and negotiate key deliverables and projects, influencing others and obtaining relevant information to support decision making.


  • The ideal candidate must be pro-active, independent, have excellent analytical skills and be eager to learn. The ability to build relationships and to deal with multiple stakeholders is a must. Some financial expertise would be welcome
  • 1 to 4 years of work experience in an analytical or finance role with proven leadership and interpersonal skills;
  • Portuguese native is preferable
  • Advanced English mandatory
  • Intermediate Spanish desirable
