Position Overview:

Implements the Category Management approaches within the organization; ensures alignment and execution against the category & brand strategies by coordinating projects with key customers; provides feedback to Consumer Marketing and Category/Channel Development to enhance category and brand strategies. Manages within a nominated sub-function or related sub-functions; typically a highly experienced manager who is accountable for budget, policy recommendations and medium-term planning; decisions tend to be more tactical at the country level.

Function Specific Activities:

  • Responsibility for driving future Stills brand/product propositions and improving the performance of the current Still beverage portfolio.
  • Define an accelerated business, portfolio and category growth vision and strategy
  • Develop holistic business plans
  • Lead and align our bottling partners
  • Lead and develop Category Managers and other staff within the department


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or Social Sciences


  • 10-15 years of experience in Marketing and Commercial roles


  • Profound Marketing and Commercial knowledge having already managed big SSD and Stills brands.
  • Proven ability to think disruptively and who was able to challenge and transform the status quo
  • Strong Franchise Leadership skills where he/she has already demonstrated ability to inspire, influence and create strong commitment among the bottler teams
  • Solid People leadership skills, creating capabilities, developing and motivating people even in adverse situations
  • Acted with discipline and persistence in previous assignements showing a successful track record of business transformation and acting as a change agent
