Position Overview:

Evaluation of prototype developed in R&D, in an accurate, independent, efficient
way. Draw conclusions and provide actionable recommendation towards product
development community, CPS and BU technical.
Define and execute proactive project to build knowledge on product categories
and stability process.

Function Specific Activities:

? Manage stability evaluation project related to Shelf-life prediction for new parts and syrups/beverages

- Selection and implementation of the appropriate protocol

- Organise and lead internal tasting sessions

- Write reporting

? Provide independently risk assessment and recommendation to the development team.

? Support the communications towards the BU in collaboration with the prod development team when needed.

? Be recognised as an SME on a stability related topic. Build his own network across the technical organization and leverage learning from other geographies

? Advice developers/ Business units on alternative solutions to improve stability, and be known as a source of knowledge.

? Has a good overview of system dynamics: Concentrate part model, bottlerfranchise operating model, value chain…

? Lead independently his own medium-term research project such as new category understanding…

? Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and practise constructive discontent to identify and validate new approaches to improve the stability process.

? Train Junior Stability Specialist / interns and organise his/her work

? Act as a back-up for the stability manager

Education: BS or Master (depending of the experience) in food science, chemistry or relative field.

Experience:

- 3 year successful experience in product development in the beverage industry.

- 3-6 year successful experience in food industry

Language Requirements:

- Fluent in English

- Additional major European language
