Position Overview:

As everybody knows we are a global Company and being such global means that our employees are constantly having business travels. In MyTravel team we support the processes involved with this to guarantee every employee has their corporate credit cards, we have the right negotiations with Hotels and airlines, and once they travel they can submit their expenses and we can pay them accordingly.

The Data Analytics Manager role will be supporting our global processes being responsible for obtaining data, making analysis and providing insights to business leaders. The role will also be responsible for the documentation and internal controls of MyTravel team

Function Specific Activities:

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Design, build and develop management and operational reports, insights and Dashboards to support Senior leaders and stakeholders. Advise management on data interpretation and decision support thru specific insights. Data might be gathered from multiple sources: Concur, Travel Management Companies, Cornerstone, Credit Cards, SAP, etc.
  • Partner with stakeholder to design and improve analysis.
  • Serve as a consultant and advocate, using innovative thinking to drive efficiencies and improve the internal user and customer experiences with our tools.
  • Provide analytical support for managing and benchmarking travel suppliers/partners.
  • Analyze results of region travel management program to assist in assessing ongoing value and building compelling business cases.
  • Identify industry trends and provide analysis for long term strategic development.  
  • Oversee reporting process, tracking requests and approvals in alignment with the strategy.
  • Develop, analyze and monitor data quality, usage and performance Drivers/KPIs.
  • Provide support and training to our stakeholders and team.
  • Work with MyTravel team to document and/or update processes documentation.
  • Responsible to support MyTavel team with Vendor Creation, PO, GR, accruals and monthly PO Review.
  • Responsible to execute accounting reconciliations (Concur vs SAP), investigate difference and propose adjustments in SAP if needed.
  • Work with the travel management companies and Cornerstone in the integrity of the data.


What you need to be successful:

  • University/Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 3 to 5 Years of experience in Accounting and Finance Knowledge.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in Business Analysis with a focus on reporting tools and methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with a data query business intelligence software.
  • Strong SQL skills utilizing complex queries in a large data warehouse environment.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills (pivots, vlookups, conditional formatting, large record sets)
  • Can manipulate and condense large volumes of data into succinct and powerful visualizations (graphs, charts, diagrams, dashboards, pivot tables, etc.).
  • Adaptable and flexible combined with the ability to balance multiple projects / priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and analytic skills
  • Extraordinary focus on details, accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to deliver timely and accurate product in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, work independently, be a self-starter.
  • Inquisitive mind-set.
  • Strong integrity and ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly.



  • Desired Certification: CPA or MBA Preferred
  • CONCUR and Cognos experience
  • Tableau or Power BI experience
  • Cornerstone
