Function Specific Activities:

The core job responsibility is to:

  • Ensure that the people and DMI resources of the France Consumer Hub are deployed against the WEBU and local system Must Win Battle (MWB) priorities;
  • Ensure that in an agile working organization, our people are allocated appropriately (numbers, capability, seniority) and our DMI is invested in appropriate shape against the WEBU priority system MWB agreed;
  • Enable local consumer hub and central Marketing / Commercial leadership to make fact-based decisions around project resourcing and on-time delivery in our new agile project-based way of working across WEBU;
  • Track the initiatives (and flag risk) that the combined central / local and local teams are working on are being delivered on time to meet deadlines (e.g. media sign off, sell in and range review windows);
  • Act as an advisor to the France Consumer Hub Leadership Team and is part of the WEBU PMO community.

Reports to Portfolio & Channel Activation Director and works closely with:

  • Local system MWB leads and CCEP PMO;
  • Local Marketing LT and Franchise ops.;
  • Functional leaders (Finance, HR, Legal, IT, PAC, Transformation);
  • PMO community.

Main responsibilities are to:

  • Ensure the implementation and coordination of the project-based organization and ways of working locally (aka. 10 MWB);
  • Work in partnership with Marketing Director and MLT/Franchise Ops. and the local finance teams to track how our DMI is allocated in optimal shape against the agreed business priorities - central and local - so that the Marketing Director / Franchise ops. Director and the finance team can optimize investment choices across initiatives and within initiatives;
  • Support Project Managers (local projects) and Consumer Hub project members on central project teams to manage critical paths to meet agreed deliverables;
  • Work within WEBU PMO community, to share best practices and allocate required capability and talents to initiatives, having a holistic WEBU view.

  • Willing to learn, innovate and import new ideas/practices;
  • Financial acumen.
