Position Overview:Identify and prioritize territory commercial opportunity, develop practical solutions to implement national/regional strategy and plan, enhance local commercial capability to drive continuous improvement of execution across territory through partnership with franchise/bottlers in the area of commercial.
Function Specific Activities:
Fully deploy shopper insights to develop practical in-store activation principle and initiatives to engine core channels growth
- Drive quality execution of national POS according to brand activation calendar and OBM materials
- Identify OBPPC opportunity and develop holistic solutions to activate relevant portfolio in core channels
- Develop local execution plan to implement national programs and closely monitor the performance
Explore and pilot new opportunities
- Identify significant unexploited commercial opportunities and understand key drivers through collaboration with region insight team
- Initiate proposals and mobilize pilot plan to capture local opportunities
- Evaluate test results and summarize key learning for continuous development
Consistently build commercial execution capability
- Engage with bottlers to take corrective actions to address the key implication from INE report
- Partner with bottlers to enhance E&D and Rural RTM development
- Share system best practice and drive replication actions

- Relevant experience of 8+ years, preferably in FMCG industry
- Solid knowledge of Shopper Marketing and sales operation
- Strong analysis and interpretation of business insights

Excellent written and oral English & Chinese skills
