Position Overview:

The Solution Risk Analyst I provides cyber and information security expertise in the analysis, assessment, development, and evaluation of security control solutions to secure applications, cloud vendors, third-party providers and other relevant IT and business initiatives and processes. This role serves as a member of the Risk Assessment team within the Information Risk Management (IRM) organization with technical, cyber, mobile, and information security expertise to mitigate cyber security risks to TCCC, including our stakeholders and customers. This position works closely with Company business units and Regional Delivery Centers in order to support the delivery of systems and capabilities for our business.

Function Specific Activities:

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities

  • Complete initial information risk assessments, security requirements analysis, design reviews, security testing oversight, and risk remediation planning and coordination for internally and externally hosted applications systems for our business functions.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, issue resolution, vendor relationships, testing plans, training plans, and successful transition to additional security teams.
  • Assist with analysis and evaluation of cyber and information security solutions, including new technologies and new security architectures, security controls and procedures, and contracting documentation.
  • Assist with analyzing changes in best practices as well as regulations including the Payment Card Standard (PCI), Privacy Legislation, SOX, SEC guidance etc. and provide the Company with an appropriate plan of action focusing in the Marketing-Facing Function.

Education Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Appropriate Field Required.
  • Relevant industry certification preferred - CISA, CRISC, CISSP and/or CISM.

Related Work Experience: 

  • 1 to 3 years of work experience in governance, risk, compliance or relevant related field.
  • Audit and Control Knowledge:  Experience with information technology audit practices, procedures and methodologies.  Experience as an IT auditor or risk advisor for a professional services firm, or in industry, is preferred.
  • Technology Experience:  Experience operating and/or securing common platforms and databases, including SAP, Active Directory, Oracle and others. 
  • Data and Analytics: Ability to use data and apply analytics to model various business scenarios and understand cost, impact, risks, and benefits to inform and recommend business owners. 
  • Working as a Global Team: Ability to work as part of a virtual global team to collaborate across geographic and organizational boundaries to deliver better business results and share best practices across a global System.
  • Effective Communication:   Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills.

Functional Skills:

  • Establish technical infrastructure landscape, including development, test, production, recovery and add-on systems, in order to support development, testing, training and implementation of the application.
  • Implement production support procedures (e.g., administration, monitoring, problem resolution) in order to meet customer service levels.
  • Perform system and integration testing including the functionality, performance and fit to ensure that it meets the original requirements and works within the defined constraints.
  • Design data security or access control in order to develop appropriate access authorization.
  • Design, maintain, publish standards, policies or procedures for educational materials, tools or training exercises (e.g., delivery methods, content management, training exercise data, registration, sizing, printing) in order to provide consistency and customer awareness.
